How Gtoken Solve Problem

Book Token Online

Visitors can do online check in and visit the premises after booking the token. During the check in he can check the average waiting time and visit the premises accordingly. So it will help to manage the crowd in the waiting area.

Smooth Queue Processing System

Every Host / Counter have the control to call the visitor in queue, Host / counter can view their visitor list and they can easily call visitor and close request, They also have rights to transfer the token in case they have to transfer the token to their colleagues / other counter

Multiple Display With Announcement

System provide two types of display boards for visitor

Common Display Board for multiple queues where visitors can view waiting token list and current progress on the display board, Token number will be announced on common display board so visitors can get attention to the queue processing.

Single Display Board for each counter it will show Current Visitor name and token number on display board

Visitor Analytics

Administrator / Manager have rights to analytics dashboard, It will show various analytics in the form of charts and graph so manager can take the right decision for optimization

Advertisement / Announcement

System also had a section to manage Advertisement / Announcement these information will be displayed on Common display Board

Admin Controls

Easy tool for administrators to manage various queue settings which can help admin create / update new queues, manage queue timings, manage holiday manage queue managers easily.
